First Tuesday and now Wednesday (6th day) box office performance suggest, Manikarnika is trending well and film should do well in coming weeks. This has come as a relief after an average Friday and Monday.
Film registered less than 10% drop on both Day 5 and Day 6. Means, although collection have come to bit lower level in weekdays, but trending is excellent. Film has a good chance now to challenge 100 crore mark in India in its theatrical run.
Manikarnika has added an approx 4.5 crore nett on day 6 (Wednesday). Drop from previous day is just 5%. Film total collection after six days is approx 56.9 crore nett. Film first week collection is all set to be in excess of 60 crore mark.
Manikarnika is riding on high budget. Film needs to collect in excess of 120 crore nett to emerge as a HIT. 2nd Friday will give us an indication whether film has steam left or not to chase that mark.

Lol strong hold but strong hold from what Tuesday which is already low. This movies budget is way out of Kangana's league. Like 270cr budgeted zero (BOI) was way out of srk's league, like 575cr budgeted 2.0 was way out of rajni's league even though it did record business and rajni outdid himself still couldn't recover the cost. Same will happen to this over 150cr budgeted movie even though flop Kangana outdid herself by going over 60cr.
ReplyDeleteIf 1st week is 60cr approx, then 2nd week will possibly be 25cr approx.
ReplyDeleteI can't see how it will cross 100cr in lifetime.
Theatrical collections can't recover movie Budget, budget too high.
