It is good news for film industry as a whole. Indian Government has slashed the GST rates for the tickets.
For movie tickets priced below Rs. 100 the tax has been reduced from 18% to 12% and for tickets priced above Rs. 100 the tax has been reduced from 28% to 18%.
This news has brought smiles to the film industry. Everyone has welcome the move. Big celebs such as Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn has even thanked the Govt by tweeting the news.

Kitna bhi kam kar lo bhai jab in khans Ki movie release hoti h tickets price badhna hi h. Record Jo todne hote h. Normal rate mein to aukat pata Chal jati h isliye har baar rate increase kar dete h.
