Tubelight has shown decent hold on Tuesday (5th day) at box office by collecting 12 crore nett. Film registered a drop of about 35-40% on Tuesday from Monday. Drop is significant, but Monday was National Holiday. Film also got little benefit from Basi-Eid factor on Tuesday. Otherwise it might have struggled to be in double digit finish.
Tubelight total collection after 95.85 crore nett. Film will enter 100 crore club on day 6 (Wednesday). Wednesday is extremely crucial for the film. It is proper weekday with no holiday/partial holiday benefit at all. If Wednesday collection remains close to Tuesday, then film has an outside chance of collecting significant in coming times. Otherwise not. Second weekend has also become crucial now.
