Hindi Medium 1st Monday (6th Day) China Box Office Collection. Solid.

Hindi Medium has shown good hold on 1st Monday (6th day) at box office China. Film has added an approx $1.27 million on Day 6. Drop from 1st Sunday is nominal. However, if we compare Monday business to Friday, then drop is significant. Looks like Hindi Medium has collected big in first few days, but ground report may be mixed. 2nd Friday will absolutely make the picture clear.

The way film had started at China Box Office, it was looking like doing $75 million or above business. However, now looking like it will find it tough to touch $50 million also. May be even fall behind Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Substantial amount has be invested in the film by Chinese distributors. Showings also are huge in the range of 50k. Considering that and the start film has got, collections on Monday are bit low.

Still, nevertheless Hindi Medium has collected a huge $22.6 million (INR 146.6 crores). Film will be 4th highest Indian grosser in China behind Dangal, Secret Superstar and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. If film shows good trending from here on then may overhaul Bajrangi Bhaijaan lifetime business and emerge as 3rd Highest grossing Indian film in China.
