Now one question will come to mind that how BB and Sultan ATP is lower than PK as both the films have release after PK. Generally ticket prices increases with time.
Answer is PK was released in Christmas time. Generally whichever film releases in that time period, ticket prices are kept higher by exhibitors from Christmas eve to the end of 1st January. Generally high weekend ticket prices are kept for that period (24th December to 1st January) as school and colleges are closed and family audiences come out in big numbers.
As Dangal released on 23rd December, its ticket price was kept as it is till end of 1st January. Story is even similar for other Christmas release like Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani whose ATP was INR 130+. Bajrangi Bhaijaan didn't enjoy those benefit. BB ticket price was higher in weekend and on EID Holiday. Story is same for Sultan also.
