Airlift 7th Day (Thursday) and First Week Collection Early Trends

Airlift has hold steady on Thursday (7th Day) as film has recorded a reasonable drop of 10% from Wednesday. At places drop is even less than that. Film started the day slowly with occupancy of around 15-20%. After that film picked up in Noon to record occupancy of around 25-30%. Film further picked up from Evening to record good occupancy of around 50%+.

Airlift has shown significant drop on Wednesday after a rocking Holiday weekend. This is very much expected as film is performing well in multiplexes which shows drop on weekdays. However good holding on Thursday ensures that film should again do well in second weekend.

Occupancy Report of Airlift for Thursday (Samples only) -

Morning - 15-20%
Noon - 25-30%
Evening-Night - 50%+

Early trend suggest Airlift should collect in the region of 5.5 crore nett range. Final figure will vary depending on how film performs in interiors whose datas are awaited. Thus, film first week collection now is heading toward 84 crore nett mark.

  2. It should beat 130cr+ figure of Rowdy Rathore. But possibly the biggest obstacle in it's way is Ghayal Once Again. Let's hope for the best. This kind of film deserve a record breaking run.

  4. Have to reach 100 cr by 2nd sat atleast...because weekdays will continue to be on the lower side, so the more it can do on weekend, the better it will be to get near or cross rowdy rathore, I guess everyone will agree on this
