Tevar is heading for an average first day (Friday) at box office. Film started slowly with 20% occupancy. After that film registered limited jump in Noon shows. Film has again registered limited jump in Evening-Night shows and currently reporting around 35% occupancy as per latest. Single screen is little bit better with occupancy in the region of 35-40% as per latest. Good news for Tevar is that today is working day and film should grow only from here as weekend is approaching. Also, film is released in around 2800 screens in India which is big considering the film face value. Even an average occupancy will register decent numbers for the day.
Tevar is currently registering occupancy of around 40-45% in Delhi. Gurgaon occupancy for the same is around 40%. Mumbai is currently showing occupancy of around 35%. Kanpur, Lucknow and Pune are recording low occupancy in the region of 20-25% as per latest. Hyderabad is also reporting average occupancy with around 35%.
Though it is too early to make any prediction for the day as Rest of Night shows are yet to start for the day. But looking at early trends, Tevar is heading for a first day collection in the region of 6-7 crore nett mark. Numbers are strictly looking decent for day one, hoping that it picks up through the weekend.
