'Kick' starring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez is still the highest grosser of the year despite having stiff competition from 'Bang Bang' which starred Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif and 'Happy New Year' which starred Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and Abhishek Bachchan.
Happy New Year fall short of Kick by around 28 crores, whereas Bang Bang by a big margin of 60 crores. Now its all upto Aamir Khan's latest release PK (also starring Anushka Sharma, Sanjay Dutt and Sushant Singh Rajput) to challenge Kick and dethroning it from top.

Both SRK and Hrithik has somehow failed to achieve the top spot in recent years. Year 2014 is also looking the same as it will be either Kick or PK now which will attain the top position.
