Here is an important update on upcoming Bollywood biggie Mohenjo Daro starring Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde. Shooting of the film which was about to start from November 2014 is been postponed to January 2015. Reason is Hrithik Roshan shoulder is not yet recovered fully and doctors have advised him strict six week resting period to be fully fit again.
Makers of Mohenjo Daro has agreed to postpone the shooting and shift the dates to January as fully fit Hrithik is important as the period drama is very much demanding physically and there is need of lots of action scenes.
Producer Sunita Gowariker stated, "Yes, its true that we have postponed the shoot of Mohenjo Daro. Ashutosh and I both felt that we wanted Hrithik to recuperate fully before beginning the film especially since we plan to start with action sequences. So now we'll start shooting in the first week of January instead of end November. Hrithik being 100% physically fit is important to us and so shifting the shoot by a few weeks made a lot of sense."
Mohenjo Daro is jointly produced by Disney India Studios and Ashutosh Gowariker Production Pvt Ltd. Film will be directed by Ashutosh himself. Film is a epic love story set at the back drop of Indus Valley Civilisation.
