    1. Any director, debutant, veteran notwithstanding, is certain to make at least a 100 crs if Salman if involved. Add to that a holiday, a few hit tracks and a 100 cr budget + promotion, and I don't see any credit for Sajid whatsoever.
It's the stars that make tentpoles work in our country.

    1. Ya, it should have crossed 240 crores by now , released in 4500+ screen compared to 3500 screen of chennai express, and ran full two weeks without. Competition unlike chennai expess who lost half of its screen to once upon a time dobara.

    3. At the end of the day history is evidence to the collection numbers ONLY...no will remember these trival points mentioned above after 6 months or so...so please guys, learn to live in the present and enjoy this year (this day) instead of waiting till your Happy New Year in grievance. The comments above simply reflect deeply hurt emotions caused to the die hard SRK fans by the super duper success of Kick.

    6. Plz google and find out CHENNAI EXPRESS is still 2nd in total worldwide collections just after dhoom 3.
Kick still lies far down at 5th spot with 366 crores worldwide, which can maximum go upto 374-375 crores.
Srk is loved worldwide both by " class" and
" mass", salman has strong Fan base in indian " masses" not " classes" , thats why he is flop overseas, as only class people stays in overseas.
