Boss First Day (Wednesday) Box Office Collection.

Boss was on Track for a Decent First Day numbers on Wednesday the Opening Day at box office. But collections dropped in Night shows in both Multiplexes and Single Screens and film has collected little lower than the expected region. This might be because of the Cricket Match between India and Australia yesterday. As per early estimates film has collected around 12.5-13 crore nett on Wednesday and thus fallen by 2-3 crore from expected numbers and trends. This are estimates as large single screens numbers are still to be reported and hence actual may vary.

Film has registered and overall occupancy of around 40% for the day which is little below par for sure. Film started on slow note on Morning and after that picked up at places specially in mass dominated centers. But from Evening onward film registered drop and specially night shows which was extremely low in numbers. Had film sustained well in Evening and Night shows then Boss was on track for 15-16 crore nett region. However first day numbers are just ok for the film and real test begins from here on. If Boss shows lesser drop on Thursday and Friday and shows decent jump on Saturday and Sunday, then it has every chance to do well in long run. Let's wait and watch.
