Once Upon Ay Time in Mumbai Dobaara has released in big number and with much fun fare worldwide. But film is not performing to its potential in India or for the matter in Overseas. Film has shown better start on Sunday from all its previous days, but then also the jump is not that huge. OUATIMD looks like will have a decent first weekend number, but whether that will be enough to take it to safety or even a 100 crore nett mark is another question.
Film has opened to around 45% occupancy in Morning shows on Sunday. That means Morning shows performance was better than Friday or a Saturday but not by big margin. Film has shown a little growth in Afternoon and Evening shows and registering an occupancy of around 55-60%. That means whole day occupancy of the film is around 50-55% range. Also, another point is noticed that Single Screens have shown drop with each passing day. Thursday was better for Single Screens and Saturday was the weakest. We are still to receive the Single Screen report specially from the mass dominated centers for today. But considering today is Sunday it should be better than Friday and Saturday.
OUATIMD Opening Weekend Collection is now heading for around 43-44 crore nett mark from the early trends. Although this is just an estimate and final figure may vary.
