Chennai Express Trailer Review. First Response!

Chennai Express Theatrical Trailer was released yesterday among much fanfare. CE is already been in news for long time. It is directed by Rohit Shetty who have given huge hits in Golmaal Series and Singham. Also it stars Superstar Shah Rukh Khan in lead role. SRK is back to masala potboiler after a long time since, Om Shanti Om which coincidentally starred Deepika Padukone opposite her. In CE also Deepika is playing a Tamilian Girl and is playing the lead opposite SRK. Deepika is not just a star now, but she has become the No.1 after her recent back to back hits with Cocktail, Race 2 and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. There seems everything just perfect for SRK this time. He has got one of the biggest director of Bollywood backing him this time. Plus, Deepika at her peak. Plus, Solo EID release. Film on the line of Dabangg and Singham with comedy and action as its forte. Sky is the limit for the film.
Chennai Express Trailer starts with a Train entering into a Tunnel. Train is stopped and a murder is done by the goons. This murder solo witness is Shahrukh Khan, who is again back playing his favourite best Rahul, but this time he is into his 40s, very true to his real age. Being solo witness of the murder, SRK is taken host by the goons. Goons are of Deepika Padukone's Dad who is Feared errr... Respected back in his village by peoples. Deepika's father is a DON there. Deepika who is playing Neelamma as mentioned in Trailer asks SRK to accompany her to her native village by Chennai Express. Thus, how SRK accompanies Deepika to her village and how he is pushed into lots of troubles. In between both SRK and Deepika falls into love with each other and how they overcomes all the turmoils. That is the rest part of story as noticed in the trailer.

From the trailer it looks like film is boast of many funny scenes with funny lines embedded. Deepika Looks extremely hilarious in her Tamil accent. SRK is doing a character in line with Baadshah and looks at his best. Background music is good with Title Track is just rocking sung by none other than S.P. Balasubramanium. Action is of typical Rohit Shetty Shtyle and lots of cars are blown as usual. Chennai Express despite being an out and out Masala Romantic Comedy, it has immense Action Scenes as well and from the trailer it looks like Rohit Shetty has done enough justice to the product.

Overall we give Thumbs Up to the Trailer. A sure shot Blockbuster is on the way this EID, with there is every chance of breaking all box office records. That's Realistic! King is definitely back!
