Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani First Day Collection Early Estimates

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone has taken the box office by storm on Friday. Film has opened to packed houses across India. Many shows are reported Housefull and story is same for various centers across India.

Film has still now registered 60-70% occupancy all India. YJHD is just fantastic in multiplexes with occupancies as high as 80%+. Even multiplexes in B Centers is also doing well. From the single screen reports as received from many centers YJHD is performing well there also. From the samples received YJHD is registering occupancy of 55-60%+ in the single screens.

In Mumbai where YJHD has been released in wide scale is registering occupancy of 70%. In Delhi and Gurgaon occupancy is historic registering 80-85%+. Even mass centers are registering good occupancy of 60-65%+.

YJHD has started well on Morning shows. After that it picked up even further in Noon shows. It is sustaining well in the Afternoon shows as last report coming in. If YJHD sustains well in Evening and Night shows then huge collection for first day on cards.

Since, today is working day sustaining in night and late night shows is little bit difficult. Though it is too early to predict, as for the first day collection of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, it should cross 15 crore nett mark on all India multiplex power. We have still to receive major single screen report. If that report is excellent than Dabangg 2 first day collection is in danger. As per trend YJHD is heading for second biggest non-holiday opening after Dabangg 2 and biggest opening of the year.

As per 9 pm Trade Bulletin, YJHD should collect 18 crore nett for First Day. Biggest Ranbir Kapoor and Deeepika Padukone starrer ever. Second biggest Non-Holiday ever! These are still early trends and actual may vary.
